Stacey's Stash

Stacey, a very kind soul who works at GES, a terrific school in Lynna's neck of the woods, sent me these links and asked me to share them with all of the kindergarten teachers who use the blog. I'm more than glad to do so. One site in particular, a place called A Kid's Heart, has a super useful web page that lets you type and print out a manuscript worksheet right online! The teacher or parent can type in a child's name and print it out for the student to trace! What a time saver! By the way, it comes in two flavors: portrait (or long) and landscape (or wide) . Finding Patterns

Stacey from GES has ferreted out another great resource for kindergarten teachers. This one is an  online game from ABC Learn Online (an Australian provider) called Count Us In. It's great for preschool students! Pupils can use objects to create their own patterns and the teacher can vary the difficulty of this game by asking learners to place two objects together or match objects.
